Eh? He's already taller than M!Shep in the game. In fact, he's one of the tallest characters around. I think only Grunt and Wrex are about the same height, with Mordin not far behind. Everyone else is shorter than them. So Garrus' height in-game didn't strike me as being wrong.

Also, that avatar pic of yours is alarming. Where the heck was Nick Cage making a face like that? (assuming it is him...looks like him to me)
