I think we better continue to make noise about the turian females. They can't ignore us! Muauauauahaha!!! ;)

Good luck with that.  (Yes, the article was written in sarcasm for April Fool's day, and yes, it's about the main characters.  But the "resources" excuse still gets used way too often.)

Me too, with a flash light included XD

But I wouldn't want a Garrus one, as much as I love him. But we'll see what he looks like (he's in the next batch of action figures in December, I believe)

Drive by Question: Do you think Paragon Interupting Garrus in the romance will have any long term effects?

Unserious answer: Garrus will sprout wings and defeat the Reapers with laser beams beaming out of his eyes.

Serious answer: Probably not.

I'm going to hazard a wild guess that no, it won't.  It's going to fall under the category of "That would be neat, but we can't do everything."

Then again, over on the DA side, the hardened/unhardened Alistair plot twists surprised the hell out of me.

So really what I'm saying is, I'm talking out of my hindquarters and have no idea.  ;D

They didn't do the "paragon/renegading" of Alistair very well.

I wouldn't try to compare Garrus to Allistair, way too different.

Different dev teams, I think. Makes it hard to guess what mechanics will cross over between the two games. It all comes down to what their datamining (and our chatter) tells them.

I think they did for Alistair. I mean, it did affect the ending epilogue.

Kind of actually hoped paragon/renegade Garrus would affect ME3.

But the paragon interrupt in the romance doesn't change anything really. We'll see when ME3 hits the shelves.

I wasn't comparing their personalities.  You're right--they're miles apart.  I was comparing their mechanics.

So far as the choice goes, they could have handled it better. The way they did it in DA:O was poor.

This is how what they should have done with Alistair. After you speak to Goldanna with him, you have these options (paraphrasing):

1. You have friends who are there for you Alistair.
2. Let's go.
3. Everyone is out for themselves. You should learn that.

That would give the player the impression that what they say really matters here. A lot of people did Goldanna's quest not knowing at all that what they said would affect Alistair.

How cute. :D

My MainShep actually bought all of those model ships, even Sovereign. She hates Sovereign, but it reminds her of Saren. Then it reminds her of how she couldn't save Saren. Poor MainShep.

MaleShep will buy it like it's a trophy. "I am the great Commander Shepard who defeated Sovereign!" xD But for someone slowly getting more and more paranoid from working with Cerberus, a Reaper model is not the best thing to see when he first wakes up.

I have all the models and a hamster never bought fish since I needed to feed them.

I don't care if it costs me 5000 element zero, I need a automatical fish feeder. Not Kelly though, though she means well I find her slightly creepy so I prefer to keep her out of Shepards cabin.

I always forget to feed those fish too. Why do they need to be fed after every mission anyway? Shepard feeds them once, and then needs to feed them again in a few hours? xD They should be immortal like the space hamster.
