I've been thinking that I really want to see Palaven as a hub world. The thought of just casually hanging out in a place packed with Turians...gah!

If all you listed happens my squeee will be heard around the world right before my head inevitably explodes.

It wasn't easy.

It's been awhile but I think I typed "GiveAllArmor Manf_Serrice_Armor_Phantom" in the console.  Now I need to play ME1 again only with Garrus' ME2 facial textures

Between this and the plot of Evolution, it seems the Turians will play a sizable role in ME3 after being out of focus in the last two games. Interesting.

Okay, I was grinning ear to ear when I watched that video and Casey talked about Garrus' popularity. The fact that he said he actually reads the forums and things gave me a lot of hope for Garrus as a permanent squadmate. Even in those first few months when the game came out, he was a strong contender for favorite squaddie. I'm going to try not to get too cocky, but I reeeeeeally hope he's permanent. <3

Same here.  I do like how the devs listen to us, even if they don't personally post in the forums.  Casey knows we all love Garrus to itty bitty bits.

Phantom Armor (light). I usually buy it at Citadel (at that hanar on the presidium or the salarian in lower market) after 2 main missions. I read in Mass Effect Wiki that it can't be bought without using some mod or cheat console but that's not true. At least not in my PC version (Steam). I don't know for 360.

I don't know if you read my article description in the thread I made, but according to the article's writer, who actually spoke face-to-face with most of the team in Edmonton, all ME2 squadmates are 100% guaranteed to return if they survived the SM, and the "Fanastic 4", Ashley, Kaidan, Liara and Garrus are 100% guaranteed to be permanent squadmates.

Oh man, I kind of want to kick someone for what's happening with Palaven. HOW LONG have we been begging for a turian planet, and they do THAT?

We don't know that they completely lose their homeworld.  Reaping takes a long time (at least according to Vigil) so I imagine there will be time to prepare a fleet to retake Palaven while there's still something left to take back.  Same with Earth, for that matter.

I've used Phantom armor on 360. However, only the light version can be bought. The medium one is console only.
