Augh, I hope Garrus' family is okay. I like that he had a somewhat normal family in comparison to everyone else. Does he have to lose everything but Shepard by the end of the game?

One thing about the trial; I've seen a lot of people assuming Shepard breaks out, has this been stated somewhere? My first thought would be that Shepard would be temporarily released to deal with the Reaper problem, not that s/he escaped. Ugh, I just got a horrible thought that the Normandy doesn't actually get returned to Shepard, Shepard is still a prisoner and under temporary custody of the VS or Sanders and one of them is in charge of the ship now, which is why it has Alliance logos. That would annoy me so much. ... <-- more speculation than spoiler, but just in case, since some people here don't want to hear anything spoilerish.
Surely we could come to some compromise and just use common sense when discussing things remotely-ME3 spoiler worthy such as Aris has done in this post. In the past, Kim and others who have been following the Evolution comics have simply done "**SPOILERS**" above whatever spoiler material they were posting about and that was easy enough to acknowledge for those who wanted to read them and for those who didn't want to read them.
Two threads would break up the community a bit and the non-spoiler thread wouldn't be overly utilised (as I wager most of us are ok with spoilers because hey, it's the third act of the triology.. we already sort of know what things will need to happen). We're all Garrus fans, lets just try to use some common sense and be sensitive to our fellow fans when we post here, it can't be that difficult.
I know I am guilty for talking about ME3 stuff (not that I started those discussions) so I will back off on that and I hope others may do the same. We can always discuss things on Palaven or in Clan V (though again, not everyone follows those channels and this thread is the first place most of us look for Garrus/turian-related information).
If you HAVE to mention a spoiler, simply label it. If you're not sure if it is a spoiler or not, err on the side of caution and label it. I think ME1 and ME2 spoilers are ok but ME3 ones should be side-stepped where possible.

Perhaps if there is a large enough segment interested in talking about Garrus and turians without hint of ME2/ME3 spoilers, a new thread should be created in the "No Spoilers" forum. As it is, I am the wrong person to address as I was not the one who introduced certain ME3 spoilers in this thread. People are barking up the wrong tree.
