Mordin is probably closest to Book. The older supposedly non-threatening guy that's a secret badass.

The closest to Simon in personality is probably Miranda. Comes off as snobbish and cold, but she's just trying to protect herself, has a younger sister to take care of that she's hiding from someone who wants to use her.

OK, so I didn't even see Obsydian say she was gonna give this a go before Solana's stumpy baby mandibles were in my sketchbook. Whoopsies.  The Internet Wish Fairy was just like, "MAKE THIS HAPPEN, DO IT!" at me ...So, um, quick sketchy for now:

Oh my god so cute. That is GREAT, Moonecho! Sol is particularly perfect, there.

If it is impossible for both Shepard and Garrus to survive ME3, that will be the only thing that could possibly sour me on this series. That's all I goddam want. Firefly lost so much of its shine after the CRAP they pulled with Serenity. Wash was my favorite guy, I would have been fine losing anyone else, even Mal, but not Wash! Arglenoooooo. That said, I'm reasonably sure he just said that to mess with us. But only... reasonably sure.

Here's what happened:

Garrus got up to ******.  While he's in the bathroom, Shepard dropped by the gunnery to chat.  Since he's not there, she decides to poke around with the targeting computer a little, just to be sure he's not playing WoW or looking at dirty pictures or stuff when he claims to be "calibrating."  To her disappointment, she finds nothing.

Garrus, when he gets back, sees Shepard touching.  His.  Computer.  He panicks.  No!  He just got the cannons perfectly aligned!  If she so much as presses a button it'll take a week to get them to shoot straight again!  Quickly, he devises a plan to get her away from the console before diaster strikes.

He sneaks up behind her and gets frisky, nibbling her neck they way he knows she likes.  Shepard, surprised and incredibly flattered, turns around to kiss him...

... at which point he promptly shoves her out of the way and boots up the Thanix's calibration runtime.

Those are amazing.

And why don't they just made the dark-faced one the new female concept? "She" looks visually distinctive and feminine. Maybe shorten the crest a tiny bit, and you're good.
