So I was tinkering around with Adobe Premiere tonight and stumbled across a super-easy way to make animated gifs, I think Hyrule was requesting one of the headbutt that Garrus gives to Harkin so here it is:
And on to something enitrely different.. it occurs to me that we all have different things that we'd like to see in ME3 regarding Garrus and the turians. Whether or not the Devs actually read this thread, I thought it might be fun to compile individual "wishlists" of the things we'd like to see most (there is an overall list in the OP but I wanted to compare lists with everyone else).
My ME3 Wish-list for Garrus:1.)
Hugs. There were ample opportunities in ME2 and Shepard got to hug everybody else. The guy has been dealt one crappy hand after another, surely he deserves at least one hug by now?
2.)
Bromance. For the guys (and the ladies who just want to be friends), more bromance moments would be appreciated, an actual "bro-fist" would be super awesome.
3.)
Better wardrobe. We love the new armour but I think most of us weren't too enamoured with what Garrus wears during the romance scene at the end of ME2. He's a classy guy, give him something classy to wear in between missions (something to rival even DA2's Varric).
4.)
Self-confidence boost. He's probably come to terms with what happened on Omega by now and is ready to move on, I'm hoping he won't need to use humour as cover this time but rather because he's just having fun and enjoys being snarky for the lulz.
5.)
More touching with a romanced FemShep. It doesn't have to be over the top or sexual but all we got in ME2 was a headbump, a shoulder touch, and help getting into the Normandy. This would go along with the confidence boost, the pair of them should be very comfortable with each other now so let's see it.
6.)
Banter with the returning ME1 squad-mates. Come on, they're back together again as Shepard's crew, surely they have some interesting things to say to one another.
7.)
Confrontation with Papa Vakarian. Been waiting for this since ME1, it's time to solve the daddy issues.
8.)
Opinions on the Hierarchy. This is something we never really hear about, though we hear about his past in the turian military and a little bit about his upbringing, he never says what he thinks about the Hierarchy. Given we are probably going to be tasked with saving the entire turian species at some point and will probably have to interact with the Hierarchy, it'd be interesting to hear Garrus make a few comments. Tali was always a great source of information on quarians (a walking codex entry, perhaps) but we never really got much out of the other half of team dextro.
9.)
Passion. Ok, the fangurl in me says "in the bedroom" but that's probably overly wishful thinking. He was always fairly passionate about justice and doing the right thing in ME1 (and leaning more towards vengeance in ME2) so let's have some more of that. With the self-confidence amped up a bit, I'd really like to see Garrus use his passion and emotion in a positive way this time.
10.)
Calibration jokes. Because we can never have enough.
11.)
Shirtless Garrus. Needs to happen, even if he is just changing out of his armour for a few precious seconds.
12.)
Female turians. Seriously. We needs to see them, the comics and novels got them. Plus we need some banter from Solana.
