So anyway, if I had to guess, I'd say the turian ear is located behind/under the cheek spike.

I'm expecting Garrus to take a huge interest in Shepard's hair, ears, and funny bumps. Once he figures out what they all are.

for me though, its mostly Garrus and Thane.

For me It usually goes Garrus and Grunt, go team lizard men!

Personally, I like Garrus and Zaeed.  Soldier MaleShep + Garrus + Zaeed = what I like to call "Team Testosterone"

I don't have a consistent loadout, to be honest. I do, however, have certain teams I use against certain enemies.

Thane/Mordin/Zaeed/Jack against Collectors and Blood Pack.
Garrus/Miranda/Kasumi/Zaeed against Blue Suns.
Tali/Legion/Garrus/Miranda against synthetics.
Miranda/Kasumi/Thane against Eclipse.
Samara/Thane/Zaeed/Grunt/Jacob/Jack against husks.

I use Jack, Jacob, and Zaeed the least. Thane and Garrus I use the most.

I tend to hurr durr roleplay my squad selection.

In ME1, my default was Wrex + somebody. Garrus by default. Kaidan when there was any chance of someone needing to display empathy or compassion. Tali against the Geth, and in any situation where we might make a pilgrimage-worthy discovery of some sort. Switch Ash in for Wrex when dealing with humans, sometimes. Liara... well... pretty much never.

In ME2, Garrus by default. Mordin whenever the mission has a potential to involve mad science (so... a lot of the time.) Tali when it involved the Geth. Grunt when it involved killing people without much justification, or for reasons that weren't particularly character-related for Mordin or Tali. Kasumi when I wanted some additional girl power, Everyone else didn't get used a whole lot. I used Legion as much as I could, really, but you get him so laaaaate.

I play as an in-your-face vanguard. Garrus + Grunt are my normal team until I get Legion, at which point it's Garrus/Legion with sniper rifles. Sometimes I mixed it up with Garrus and Mordin.

Edit: All this talk of fanfics is making me nervous.  I'm going to have to update the thread again, aren't I.

Deleted Scenes - Thessali (everything she does is GREAT, btw)    all of the stuff that happened 'off camara' for Shepard and Garrus.   this one has become my headcanon. Seriously.
Normandy -  Thessali (not M... but crack.  ME/Firefly ... its briliant. and short)

Different Horizons - jaimepage19.   Complete... and a sequel is being worked on. Details the aftereffects of Horizon. 

last, and my personal favorite. a Nihlus/Shepard story.  Now THIS is what I picture for my Nihlus.

Why so nervous ?

Because it takes me approximately a week to update that thread. Can you blame me? I always tell myself, "oh, I'll just update it more often and it won't be so bad."  But once I'm finished updating it, I'm wiped out and the last thing I want to do is to look at it any time soon.

It wasn't so bad when I first started it...but then people kept writing more fanfiction, and, well, you know how it goes. Not that I'll complain about having more fanfcs to read.    It's my labor of love for all things Garrus...at least that's what I tell myself to make me feel better.  I might try tackling it again this weekend.  Trying to balance that with ME RPing on facebook.  I have an RP event I'm working on plus designing another story generation for my OCs.

Hey, random thing I just noticed while playing Mass Effect 1 again: The guy who voices Fenris in Dragon Age 2 is the same guy who voiced Chellick and Captain Preitor Gavorn.

Sorry if you already knew that. I was just listening and I kept expecting Chellick to say "Danarius!" and I was like "Waaaait...is that Fenris?" And then I checked IMDB. True story.
