I haven't played LA Noire. Does he have a big part? :D

When Vega was 'Sanders' I desperately wanted them to somehow get Zachary Levi for him, but now that it's Vega I want him to have an accent. Give us some non-American/Canadian Alliance folks!

I'm guessing that he isn't related to Kahlee... and thats why they changed it. cause it would be too confusing. 


Mr Keener had it on his FB.  i dont think its a huge part?    not my type of game, sadly. but thast what youtube is for. :D

In the comments of his status update, he says it's not a huge part. The trailer he shows up in is the Sidequests trailer, so.

I was going to play the game anyway, so this is just a bonus.

I don't think "Vega" (since they changed his name) is related to book Sanders.

That might be a reason why they changed it.

and it would be awesome to have a Brit. Even awesomer to have a Welsh actor. :D  loooove the Welsh accent.

Ah, poor Valern. He's such a woobie in the fic I'm writing. I play on the whole Nihlus+Valern angle established with their identical face markings, with Valern Kryik being the father or uncle (not specified, do not intend to specify either) of Nihlus, both of whom had a pretty good relationship up until Saren killed him.

That's why he's so grumpy, plus adding insult to injury with Saren's betrayal. The combination made him ultrafurious because he had spent years trusting Saren, all for nothing, leading to the death of his favorite son/nephew. Then, in the Reaper War, most of clan Kryik was wiped out in the attack on Palaven while he sat helplessly on the Council, feeling inept over having dismissed the Reaper threat when he always suspected there was something authentic to it.

And then he and the other Councilors (Udina included, after Anderson left to battle Greyson and Cerberus in Retribution) got sacked by an angry mob after the war, demanding justice for their apathy - ultimately going down in history as one of the worst and most disliked Councilors of all time (overblown, of course, as he was perfectly competent handling non-Reaper-business).

He lives out the rest of his days in solitude on a relatively untouched turian colony.

Canadian? Psh, Meer is Canadian. Don't know about Hale, though. You have others who aren't American. Look at Kenn, Zaeed, Miranda, plus others.
I want Gideon Emery for James 'Vega' because....because then my Shep could tak James and Garrus, and it would be glorius.
And I just figured out that it would make Kenn and James voice by the same actor. Not that I mind of course.
Either way, no matter what, it won't change my squaddie set up for my main Shep; Garrus and somebody always.

Kenneth, Miranda, Zaeed and Kasumi weren't Alliance. I can't think of a single Alliance person who wasn't Canadian/American.

If this guy is already going to be a stereotypical muscle-ey jock, they should at least make him something other than the All-American GI Joe. At least, IMO.
