That only happens if 1) Garrus and Mordin are alive 2) You get the bestest best ending for ME3 and 3) you manage to teach Shepard how to dance.

Yeah, and he got up later like nothing happened.  He took the hit so well it was like a kind of magic.

Definitely immortal, but that's okay, because he's still my best friend.
