I drink Pepsi pretty regularly with sometimes week long stretches where I drink carbonated grape juice instead. Some apple juice every now and then too... I just like carbonation.

edit:  and chocolate milk....I do adore chocolate milk.

Water primarily, OJ and milk in the morning. Coffee or tea rarely. I find that staying away from caffeine when I don't need it makes it more effective when I do.

I can't stand beer generally speaking, but a good stout like Guinness is good. A pint of cider goes real well with lunch, as well.

After sampling the traditional drinks- aka bubble teas, varieties of tea, soft drinks, one craves something...unusual. Here is a short sampling of the beverages I have tried to...well be more adventurous.

1. Japan- I had a drink called Coolpiss in Kimchi flavor. It was...odd.

2. Sosro Tehbotol- Indonesia- I really liked this. Very much. It is like iced tea but made with Jasmine tea. Very nice.

3. India- whoa the country for the oddest drinks. Jaljeera was this salty sweet drink that smelled like Hydrogen sulphide but had this curiosly addictive taste, Roohafza- tastes like extremely sweet, viscous rosewater- interesting, Solkadi- which was another pungent thick liquid that is supposed to be an appetite stimulant- but I don't know...if you don't throw up after the first sip, it really grows on you, and oh.. so MANY more.Indian beverages are a category onto themselves.

4. Chhaang- Nepal/Tibet- Truly communal drinking. It probably tastes like warm goat um..urine at first sip..but it is the ritual of drinking it that is so satisfying., After a while you don't care about the taste anyway because the momos arrive.

5. England- Dandelion and Burdock. I will admit I have a soft corner for this one. How can you not like something made from exactly what the label says.

6. Camel's milk, asses milk and Yak's milk- who knew milk could taste so different. Yak's milk (given that the best one is right after the birthing) was pink- which kind of threw me off.

The one thing I won't try again? Cow's blood. Extracted in bits from a live cow- as a water substitute. Ew.

See? I'm considerate!

Last time I was drunk was December 17th. last year. Other than champagne for New Year's Eve I don't think I've had a single alcoholic drink since. I don't dislike them, I just don't really see the point. As far as taste goes I prefer sodas and the only other incentive for drinking alcohol is to get drunk (which isn't all that appealing to me anymore).

I don't think I would be brave enough to try something with that name.

I didn't notice it until I had consumed it. Then I kept the packaging around because the name made me giggle.

Have you tried a Jamaican export called "C#CK FLAVORED SOUP"? It tastes like a spicy chicken soup - contrary to expectations.

At Home: Water
At the Bar: Heineken, Guinness, or Captain and Coke
Restaurant with Wife: Shiraz

Hmmm... I'm all sorts of predictable. :? Ah well. Er, but I am fluid adaptable. This is mainly a list when I am left to my own typical devices.

My favorite drink and what I tend to drink the most is that Lipton Raspberry White Tea. I'm often too lazy to make real tea.

I would never drink beer in a million years because it tastes like what I think darkspawn **** would taste like. When I'm drinking alcohol it's either a White Russian or a Jack and Coke, or occasionally a double shot of Jack.

I have to admit I'm fairly addicted to coffee. I usually grind the beans just before I make it, tastes better that way.

Water during the day (I've tried to give up soda as much as I can resist it).

I don't drink alot of alcohol, though I'll enjoy an occasional Blue Moon every... well once in a blue moon.

Aside from my usual daily devotion to coffee I do try to fit some water into my day just to fool myself that theres something healthy in my life.

Juice of choice would be Curries red cola a e-number bonanza of bottled adhd that I have to order from north of the blooming border.

And finally alcohol which I'm mostly given up on aside from the occasional bottle of Lindisfarne mead. In defence of that choice its made from honey and lemons (mostly) and produced by monks from way back when, so my beverage of inebriation is both healthy and historical.

I have recently beaten my addiction to coffee, so none of that for me. Water is my utility drink - I drink it with 2/3 of my meals as well as constantly throughout the day. I'll have wine or or a good beer with dinner out. I indulge in the odd homemade mixed drink, usually with whiskey, when at home, though when friends come over I break out the Scotch. When I'm in Germany I also can't help but drink my favorite apfelschorle - it's like an apple spritzer.

I drink primarily water with a few diet sodas thrown in the mix. I have no preference to brand, just usually whatever happens to be on sale at the grocery store. I don't drink coffee based beverages due to my complete inability to handle anything with a bitter aftertaste (shakes fist at Brussel Sprouts). I don't drink alcohol becuase alcohol makes everything taste like Nyquil...

Before work - strong, black Folgers Columbian (or similar quality) coffee. Cheap coffee includes green coffee beans which are more acidic and make the coffee bitter.

During work - Any sugar-free decaffienated cola.

After work - A dry wed wine, perferably Cabernet Savignon.

I drink a lot of water. By the end of the day, I have about four bottles piled up in my room in various locations. A cup of coffee in the morning. A lot of teas... I like white tea, green tea, Celestial's Lemon Zinger, Good Earth original, Stash Chai Spice, and Bulgarian herbal tea and St. John's Wort tea.

I like iced tea, but not too heavily sweetened. Snapple and Arizona are the bane of my existence in terms of iced tea. My favorite bakery location, where I play cards, eat cupcakes/pudding/cake/pie/cheesecake/brownies, and hang around to avoid homework has a fantastic Blood Orange iced tea that's sweet and very sour at the same time. They also include a lot of ice, unfortunately, but hey.

I used to love soda, and I still like it with certain meals, but I've just naturally cut down on those. I prefer seltzer to Cola if I want something carbonated. Hated Pepsi all my life. Orangina is nice every once in a while, and I like European Fanta.

Orange juice is nice when I'm having eggs...

And, uh, not that I...uh...can drink alcohol...*cough*...but if I did, I'm sure I would like merlot, this one German wine whose name or age I can't think of, a Greek white wine whose name or age I can't think of, Bulgarian wine, Bulgarian rakija (not to be confused with raki), tequila, a couple of accepted ****** beers, and sweet champagne. I don't think I would like whiskey, wines that are *too* dry, cognac, Corona beer, or gin and tonic. If I drank alcohol, that is. Which I don't. Ahem. Never. Not even during the holidays when there is fresh, hot lamb for dinner. Nope.

What else? I like Odwalla’s ‘Superfood,’ which is a smoothie with juices, barley grass, and wheat sprouts. It thick, green, and tastes something like baby food might. Only my local supermarket doesn’t stock it (though World Market does) so I just by the store brand, which apparently has astronauts in it or something.

I don't trust Odwalla, sadly. Drank it once and it seemed like there was way too much sugar in that thing. Same with most of the drinks my college cafe sells, I just go for plain water or Silk Soymilk or Rice Dream Rice Milk. The latter two are actually pretty good, I've noticed that ever since I've substituted soy for dairy my problems with sinusitis have largely improved. Of course, there's the worry about whether I'm getting enough calcium or not, but I'll just have to watch what I take. :)

non-organic milk in the USA is loaded with estrogen and generally to be avoided by women. soy/rice milk will help you to avoid that. if you're worried about calcium you can take a supplement, or just an appropriate type of antacid, as those are often calcium based.

Soy contains lots of plant estrogens, however. I wouldn't mess around with fake milk myself.
