Various soda's, as well as Bundaberg ginger beer when I can get ahold of it, which is not nearly often enough.

Lots of tea - green/jasmine/black. Irish breakfast teas in the morning, sometimes replaced with Earl Grey if I'm feeling particularly Picard. Unfortunately my tea pot consistently fails to respond to voice commands.

I enjoy beer, gin, whiskey, and dark rum. Price is directly related to enjoyment in most cases, but not all. Selected wines, bourbon, and tequila. A note on tequila: 1800 is a nice midlevel-priced and widely available tequila that won't break the bank. Suitable for drinking neat.

I_B: any specific mezcal recommendations? I've been meaning to investigate.

I generally drink either Diet Caffeine Free Mountain Dew (I know, is it even really Mountain Dew at that point?), Sierra Mist Free (occasionally the kind with grapefruit in it) and Diet Sunkist Orange (which I wish came in a caffeine free variety...I've managed to wean myself off of caffeine so I don't go into withdrawal when I don't drink it, but I'd like to avoid it entirely.)

I also like drinking fountain water (I don't know why but drinking fountain water = good, while tap water or bottled water = blech...my father feels the same way, so maybe it's genetic! :P)

I don't really drink anymore (it's been 9 years or more since I've had any alcohol), but if I did, I enjoy vodka, tequila, and scotch, either neat or on the rocks.

Lots and Lots and Lots of soda.... and sometimes juice. I wonder when my teeth will fall out from all the sugar and acidic juices...

I am technically functioning on caffeine-basis.

Just kidding, I just find a cup of coffee relaxing while working, gaming, reading, learning... that and a cup of Earl Grey tea. :)

I used to be addicted to Coca Cola, then I noticed how much it tasted like ****** and tried changing into various soft-drinks and I've fallen back to Pepsi Max.

Probably a worse drug really, but I can't seem to get over soft-drink addiction completely. And I need to drink something and I just don't like water.

I mostly drink water. Iced tea is the nectar of the gods and I used to live on the stuff, but had to cut down. Rye and beer are useful poisons and I drink more of them than I should (but not as much as I need).

A cereal, but he probably means whiskey made from it. What with corn being difficult to drink and all.

[Edit]
Also good for bread.

In the morning, nothing

during the day some mineral water

in the evening I tend to grab a bottle of beer or a glass of whiskey or bull grass vodka.

Water, tea, fruit juice and milk. I generally can't form a coherent sentence without a mug of english breakfast tea when I first get up.

Then on the rare occasion where I drink alcohol, it's either cider or perry.

Nothing but clean water. Everything else is too addictive for me, besides tea, which I find repulsive, though not as repulsive as skim milk.

Thanks.

I knew what rye was, I didn't think there was a drink called rye though and didn't know whiskey was made from rye.

Yep, same here ;)

At last except the Earl Grey bit.. beside coffee (iced or hot), it´s mainly milk, Schweppes and water for me.

Well, now there's a coffee group (with its own revolutionary movement). Am I right in thinking there might be some interest in a wine group?
