So, if this question has been asked and/or answered already, forgive me.. I was unable to find any info about it.

Will DA support online persistent worlds similar to NwN? To me, that aspect of NwN was beyond even the games themselves (which were excellent). To this day, there's still a number of PW's running for that game. So, just curious if Bioware has decided to accomodate a similar thing for Dragon Age? Will people be able to create completely custom worlds, put them online and have others log in etc?

Thanks :)

As there are no plans for adding multiplayer at present, to my knowledge, I can't see PWs ever being possible.

I predict the first PW will be Dragon Age: Multislayer

Aside from that, what Cardinal said! At least for DA:O.

Bah... well hopefully they get around to it. Beyond playing the game, that's what kept me on NwN for almost 2 years straight before I took a break from it.

I can only speculate that DA:O 2 will support multiplayer. If so, it would also be safe to assume that anything that you can create here will be able to be imported into that toolset.

I am sure they are working on multiplayer patch. But I am sure they dont want to make it wrong. And to not disappoint players, they keep the info in. But I remember from some interview that they want to make atleast coop if not pvp (from what I heard, 4v4 pvp could be possible) in DA:O aswell.

Really? From what I understood, there were no intentions to provide multiplayer support for DA:O 1.  If you have some links of those, it would make a good read.
