I can't find this in the tutorial and with the release of Leliana DLC I want to give my player's a fully voiced experience in my mod "The Old War." can anyone link me to a site or tutorial or give me a straight answer onto weather or not this is possible.
Is it possible to give the Player Character a voice?

I suspect that Bioware has toolset feature in the production toolset that are disabled in the one we have, or haven't been added yet. It may be possible to mix the voice files for the PC in with the NPC ones and manually edit the dialog files to associate them to the proper spoken lines.

Dont think they will ever include it in a patch
but it SHOULD be possible to do it on your own If you know something about scripting and the toolset

hypothetically it is possible. I suppose you have premade character (so players cant create their own face and stuff). If so you can add it into a cutscene with different tag then PLAYER so in fact itll be NPC and will be able to talk. Though there can be problem with armor and weapons while they wont be the same PC wears (but then it also depends on what will the pc be like, cause as you could see in DC DLC, there is a model of Darkspawn, and no matter what youll equip him, I mean what armor, it wont change)
Not sure itll work, but maybe worth trying

Well I don't think there would be any problem giving the player a voice in cutscenes because you are just using the conversation lines one at a time and forcing them out this any voice over you create for those lines should play.
