I was playing ME2 two days ago, right before the "suicide mission" was a power surge(i had managed to save before entering omega-4 relay). Later when I turned my game on I lost all my achievements, DLC authentication (I fixed authorisation), and my save was present but not detectable automatically by the game so i had to load it manually.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with most actual drivers. I believe components of my pc aren't needed in this case.
