Hello

I recently tried to download a DLC item for ME2 (Equalizer pack), after clicking the games / ME2 / official DLC /
< item in question > it asks me to confirm my password. after typing the password in it tells me my password is invalid however logging out of my account and logging in, the password is fine. it's only an issue when i have to confirm after trying to spend Bioware points.

I have tried to purchase the equalizer pack for a number of day's with the same error "The login details you provided were invalid. Please try again." and am getting a little annoyed as it seems to be a website issue

Sorry if the problem has already been addressed however the search feature is a little confusing and turns up nothing.
