I recently got a factory sealed copy of Mass Effect(EA value if it matters) and really enjoyed playing through, so I started checking to see what the DLC was, to my delight, BDtS is free, so I tried downloading, unfortunately, no matter what variations I try, the register won't go through, 101 and 102 errors. I tried with caps, without, with spaces, without, with hyphens, without. Nothing.
I'm not sure what help can be had, but maybe I'm missing something that is obvious to someone else?

Uggghhh sorry for a useless bump but since this is still on the first page I just thought it fair to warn you all : I MADE A BIG STUPID MISTAKE. Tiny error, one incorrect symbol and BOOM. But I finally installed my brain and fixed the mistake.
