I already know how the interaction between Jack and Miranda works (mostly) so I don't have a question but I did happen to notice something after I did her loyalty mission. I saved right before the final elevator door and when I got to her fight with Jack, I tolled Miranda to stand down. Afterwords, I talked with Miranda and I gave her a renagade responce about the fight. I was doing a Renagade run durring this so I don't know the paragon solution to this but after I used the renagade desision, I still had her loyal even though I sided with Jack. I don't know if it makes a difference but I did Jacks loyalty earlier ( I think #5) and I did Mirandas right before getting Legion and my renagade rating was half way through the final bar so It was almost maxed out. Paragon was less than half. I don't know if anyone hase noticed this because I haven't seen anyone post about keeping loyalty if they sided with somebody in particular but I sided with Jack and still managed to keep Miranda Loyal. Just pitching my results out there so go nuts.

I think the information is out there somewhere. You can try to appease whoever who sided against afterward to regain their loyalty with another speech check. This includes the Tali/Legion confrontation, too, I believe. It is also similar to the end of Zaeed's mission when you take the Paragon path and you can convince him to become loyal anyway.

This just kind of suprized me because everyone would say that they would lose loyalty of sombody and wanted it back but never could. I also never found sombody post getting loyalty back after siding with sombody so I thaught I'd post this after discovering that. You'd think I'd be one of the first to know about that because I got the guide when I got the game and it still suprized me.

The only thing about regaining the loyalty of Miranda, Jack, or Tali is that you won't be able to romance them still. So if you want a romance with one of them, you better side with that person.

Most of the difficulties people have with the Miranda/Jack confrontation is that these players are mostly paragon. That particular confrontation is supposed to be a lot easier as a renegade.
