Epic noob question but I can't figure this out instead of trying to tell you I'll show you
(Owner) Well There's no pleasing you
Sorry (End Dialogue)
It's who I am.
One of them ends the dialogue how do I make it so they both end up with
(Owner) Don't Worry about it

You need to add NPC line you want (Owner) blah blah and then add new line and leave it empty, that way player wont need to click anything and dialogue will automaticly end ( it should look like this [END DIALOGUE] in blu color)
Is that what you needed?

I don't want it to end, it's just that during the conversation if I select "Sorry" it endsponozsticka wrote...

but the other option leads the Owner to saying "It's ok" I want both of them to lead to saying "It's ok"

Maybe you're looking for "paste as link"? Just create the "Don't worry about it" line for one player response, copy it and then paste it for the other response using CTRL+SHIFT+V or use "paste as link" from the right click menu.
