I decided to purchase Awakening through your store. I purchased enough points to buy Awakening plus three other DLCs. I went to the purchase page and bought the three other DLCs, which worked fine. I then attempted to use my points to buy Awakening (3200 points), and I was redirected to EA. EA could not resolve the point transfer problem, so I ended up buying Awakening through my credit card on EA. This leaves me with 3200 points on Bioware. I would like this amount credited to my card, since the points were bought in expectation of buying Awakening on Bioware.

Jfyi, I would have personally tried to figure out what the problem was surrounding the points not being able to purchase Awakening before charging it (again) on your card. But never-the-less, This forum is for support on the physical Bioware Store. Your request concerning a refund deals with points, so in fact not a problem with Bioware, really, but more a problem dealing with EA (despite the name "Bioware points"). I would try posting in the forum devoted to issues relating to points(as I've seen you've already done), and likely they will just suggest you contact an EA rep through there support page...good luck.
