I decided to purchase Awakening
through your store. I purchased enough points to buy Awakening plus
three other DLCs. I went to the purchase page and bought the three other
DLCs, which worked fine. I then attempted to use my points to buy
Awakening (3200 points), and I was redirected to EA. EA could not
resolve the point transfer problem, so I ended up buying Awakening
through my credit card on EA. This leaves me with 3200 points on
Bioware. I would like this amount credited to my card, since the points
were bought in expectation of buying Awakening on Bioware.

Are you talking about the PC version? Awakening can't be bought using points, its price is $39.95. This may be because Awakening it's not a DLC it is an stand-alone expansion. If you check carefully the PC version is $39.95 (bought from EA Store) and the console versions can be bought using MS points or PSN dollars (bought from their respective services).

this may be true, but I stilll want a refund on my points. The page I bought it on showed PC as an option and showed 3200 points. I have bought Awakening already, as I have stated, and want my money back from Bioware. I am not running a scam, nor do I want to cheat your company. I simply want a refund of money spent for a product that cannot be purchased using the point method.

Are you talking about this page? http://social.bioware.com/page/da1-dlc

Under DA:O Awakening it says: "$39.95 | 3200 MS Points | $39.99 PSN"

MS Points stands for Microsoft points not Bioware Points so even if the payment option you saw were for the PC version (which it wasn't) you bought the wrong kind of points. If you click the "Buy now" button it clearly shows that it is $39.95 for the PC version, 3200 MS Points for the XBox 360 version and 39.99 PSN for the PS3 version with a logo of the corresponding platform under each price.

If you are talking about another page that explicitly says that the PC version can be bought with 3200 BIOWARE points then you should contact EA support and explain them that.

Whatever. I read the line reading "$39.95 | 3200 MS Points | $39.99 PSN" as an equivalence not as a version-specific cost. Little did I realize that there were THREE separate companies involved, nor should I have. I bought all my points at the same place, and assumed they were the same type of points. Were the other DLCs purchased with Microsoft Points as well? What then are Bioware Points? All I want is my points reconverted to cash that I can spend online somewhere else. I would have no trouble getting this from any reasonable offline merchant.

Microsoft Points = Xbox 360 as far as I get it (everything, not just BioWare)

BioWare points = PC, BioWare games which have DLCs that need to be bought.
