I have Dell Insprion notebook with Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 (2.40 GHz), 4 G ram, Windows 7 x64, Intel 4 Series graphic card.

ME2 won't play when I click Play button.  Is it because ME2 does not officially support Intel graphic adapter? Is there any way I can play ME2. Or I just need to give it up?

Yep, the intel graphics is the problem. As the system requirements lay out, it needs a gaming-grade graphics card; only ATI and Nvidia make those.

So..... there is no way I can play ME2 with my notebook? Well.... what a waste of money and time to download. I guess it would be my responsibility, and I would not be able to get refund? The thing is, I even don't know where EA Download Manager saved this game, so I don't know how to copy this to other computer. If I want to play it with other computer, how can I copy this? I don't want to spend time to download it again.

The product key can be registered in the EA download manager, if you haven't done so already. If you have EA Download Manager on a different PC just login and you can download it again.

Digital downloads aren't designed for a manual install, although it is possible to get around that limitation with plenty of backing and filling effort.  Basically, however, it is simply easier to re-download it.

Tried to copy a game the other day... Copied, but at that point you'd have done a bigger achievement than the game itself.
