Hello all! 

 I have serached for this problem on the forums and I have not found it yet, so apologies if it has been posted before.

 I am having a problem whereby when I equip an item or piece of equipment it is not showing on the model. I also had the problem whereby I could change my characters facial features in the selection screen.

 Any help is much aprpeciated!

Have you tried exiting and restarting your computer? This happened to me a few times on my first playthrough, but has always been solved by a good ol' restart.
