So I was having discussion with my sister over skinny jeans.  And what we ended up concluding on was that some people either don't look good in em or look totally skanky in em.  Whats you opinon on em, should me where skinny jeans?

I had a pair of skinny-ish jeans once. They weren't that tight on me :( I think they certainly look better on women though, as with men it can be quite... impractical.

Men shouldn't wear skinny jeans.

Those ladyboy vintage/emo/hipster/whatever beings are creeping me out.

I fairly skinny so they are the only ones I can wear. The pockets are really hard to use.

My sister said they were horrible in hot weather. That's her opinion anyway, not that it matters, shouldn't she be in the kitchen?

This post makes me happy. I can talk about fashion no problem.

They've been in fashion now for... Hmm, I's say seven years? At least from my eye as a Londoner. Women are reluctant to part with them as they're very versatile; you can dress them up with heels, wear a dress over the top... All in all, a wardrobe staple, and haute couture, pret a porter and high street are still pushing the silhouette.

They're good under certain circumstances. I can't say I'm a great fan of skinny jeans, but they have their place.

Skinny jeans are fine for women but laughable on men.

Ok. So for those females in the audience, do you think skinny jeans look good on guys? *shudder*

Yep, I like skinny jeans on a dude, though depends how he rocks it. I like men who dress well by their own violition and make me go, "damn that's a nice shirt," or something. I like stylish people.

By the way? Trend/fashion =|= Style. I know one dude who works on Saville Row and he lives in three piece suiting and always owns visually speaking.

I wear skinny jeans occasionally and I have no problem with them. They look great in both heels, nikes, and high tops which is oh so lovely.

About them on men......It really depends if they have the legs and thighs to support it. Some of my guy friends wear them, and let me just say it does not work out.

I grew up in the 90's and I have never grown out of the fashion sense of that era. Therefore, all my jeans are baggy and I have the John Conner style haircut from Terminator 2 except I'm blonde.

When I was in high school if any guy wore "skinny jeans" everybody would think he's homosexual.
