I went to start up Dragon age and clicked my load game but it says it has DLC on it that has not been authorized and i should log in to the proper account? i have never switched accounts or logged out and now it wont let me play ?? WTF???

Server congestion? My game is now working again (logged out and back in a few times).

You have to start / restart the DAO Update service.
