So what is it? What is your personal favorite part of the game? Is it a character? Recruiting old allies to come help with a new and exciting battle to save The Milkey Way? A line or phrase ("I am a biotic god! Smell my greatness!")? Meeting with old friends in un-usual places? A certain mission, how something went wrong for you but you pulled through in an amazing, unforgettable manner?
Post what really took you, what you really did love in the game! Be it anything to do with anything.

Mine would be when helping Garrus on his loyalty mission, fighting the two Heavy Mechs that drop down (Switched to Insanity at this point to see how hard it was) the fight was hard, my Squad was being torn apart before they could find themselves cover. I put all fire on a single Heavy Mech as it closed in with the other, it went down and just in time as they were heading up the ramp about to come around our cover, as it goes down it explodes in a huge fireball, leaving my Shepard with barely any health it was a huge explosion which I couldn't understand, but somehow the Heavy Mech which was still alive walked over the exploding one and also exploded. That was my favorite part of the game, can't forget that moment!

So let's stop with the negativity (I see sometimes through this forum about how things are slightly wrong, or people stand funny, or certain things bug you) and start thinking about the positives!  (Happy wizard man to start the thread!)

Interesting question. This is what I can remember at the moment -- in no particular order:
* The whole opening sequence.
* Reuniting with Ashley with my male Shepard, who romanced her.
* The suicide mission opening, right after passing through Omega-4.
* Thane's first appearance scene.
* Pretty much any conversation with Thane, especially as a female Shepard.
* His romance scene.
* Certain interrupts, like the one with Cathka, and at the beginning of Miranda's loyalty mission.
* Dealing with Sidonis at the end of Garrus' loyalty mission.
* The hearing in the Migrant Fleet and hugging Tali.

Taking Grunt to Purgatory. His enthusiasm at watching Jack destroy the place is infectious.

Next is the headshot of the YMIR mechs, which is what leads to the massive explosion.

Korlus is pretty fun, in a storming the castle sort of way.

Same with Thane's recruitment.

2) Laughing in TIM's face. "Don't you walk away from me, Shepard!" Watch me.

4) "Shepard! My friend!" Brings a little tear to my eye every damn time I play through it.

-The scene where you first see the Normandy SR2.

-The opening sequence

-The speech before the suicide mission

-Seeing Garrus again for the first time

- Wrex Reunion

- Suicide Mission

- Telling TIM to shove his ass when I destroyed the Collector Base

Reuniting with Wrex was probably the most emotional part of the game to me. I really felt like I'd been meeting a good friend after a few years apart.

5) "No Data Available..." It's nice to know how to say 'I love you' in Geth

The entire Suicide Mission. The Normandy dog fighting, how all the squad members are fighting at the same time, how you can give certain people tasks. It just all came together so perfectly. In a perfect world, Mass Effect 3 has a suicide mission just like this. My only problem was that it was too easy to keep everyone alive.

-On Zaeed's loyalty mission, renegade, shooting down one of those barrels hanging from the ceiling and seeing pieces of it fly past me.

6) The 'Best with your Love Interest' Grab. First time I did it it was with Grunt. My Shep needed surgery after that...

I like the colossus during Tali's recruitment too.

On most classes it's a challenging struggle testing your abilities to advance ground and control the battlefield.



On a Vanguard, it's the single greatest moment in the game.

"Lol, rocket launcher. Sit down Reegar, I'll show you how to take out a colossus."

I pretty much liked all of it. I'd say the developers met their goal of making this a movie you actually play a part in.



However, planet scanning I have to agree with Yahtzee on (from zero punctuation). You need a bucket ton of platinum.

I DID NOT like meeting thane. He could have atleast waited till i got some money out of the biatch<_<

My discussions were TIM with always cool. It was his badass office and the music. Meeting Wrex again was badass. Wasn't expecting a greeting like that from him.



That mine filled with the husks, just holding down the trigger on the Revenant LMG as waves and waves of them charged!
