I am bringing back this poll because i think it is a simple game decision that Bioware can easily listen to our opinion on.

I liked Blue and Orange equally, I just want them to take Standard Definition TVs into consideration next time. I can't read anything the text is small and blurry in ME2, whereas I had no problem in ME1. For reference I play on an 11 and 1/2 inch television (tube style).

Red with black background. Looks very reaperish.

I want blue back. It looked great and gave ME a very Sci-Fi like atmosphere.

ME3 is going to be the climax of the series, when it's about fighting the Reapers directly, so I'd like to say red and black, but the blue theme of ME1 always brightens my day.

RED. The first game was an introduction, so it was best to keep the color scheme non-confrontational, blue was a good pick. ME2, by this point we're into it, it's getting more exciting, time for a change, orange proved to fit into the sci-fi colors very well. But now, with the end of the trilogy, it's time to up it to something epic. As the suspense builds, as the plot thickens, you need a color that's as dramatic and powerful as the story itself. RED.

Blue is better. Also ME1 HUD was better in every respect. Red triangles were awesome.

well according to this interview:http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2010/06/02/mass-effect-3-to-bring-back-fun-and-lightness-and-ewoks/

the dev's are bringing back the me1 feel back so, im not really sure, i doubt they will re-hash the blue theme from the first game though, theyll bring a new theme.

Red, black, some tint of the original blue from me 1. Red mainly because it reminds me of the dialogue between Shep and Sovy.

Green or purple work nicely. Maybe the old blue too. But I think each game should have its own color scheme, not really sure why, just personal preference.

Neon-Yellow baby!

Oh and BTW Shepard will defeat the Reapers with blinking strobe lights on the Normandy that cause epileptic seizures.

I like the red on black idea, but I like the ME1 one feel too. Green is a nice color. And the above post made me lol so hard!

Since ME3 is supposed to be the final confrontation and when the Reapers come, the colors should be dark and ominous, Red and black are good. Or.........

personally I think bioware will go with bright sunny colors, like Pink and yellow and green! And in the climax of the game it turns into a big ol' musical, where shepard meets a good Reaper and rides it into the sunset with his/her love interest. yeah.....

It should be both visually pleasing and thematically fitting. Based on the first, I would discard red. I like the orange, but I know people who loathe the menus and consider them too aggressive and tiring on the eyes. Red is far more so, and honestly, it would be a bit too much even for me, and I'm fairly tolerant about visual themes. Especially with black, it would be an eye-sore fest...

Green is a nice option; it seem to be the thematic color (of sorts) for the Overlord DLC. Also, it's a neutral color - I think it would fit well for a Shepard that has to take sides in Mass Effect 3, rather then being pre-defined Alliance (blue) or Cerberus (orange). Also, it's a nice color to complement the trilogy, like the original Star Wars, each had it's own color theme on posters, casings etc.

Light gray/white would be my second option, and the one I actually prefer the most. Very neutral, doesn't need to be heavy on the eyes (if not overly bright, depending on in-game effects), and it's a pretty universal color that stands for a variety of themes.

While I really liked the blue, it served its purpose - the original Mass Effect was a new, shining world, while the antagonists were the mechanical and morally neutral Geth. Blue fits in perfectly, but I'd rather not see it rehashed. Same with orange and the Collector/organic, aggressive part of the Galaxy/Cerberus motif.

I want something new. :)

Orange was in ME1, though not prominently. Anyone remember Kaidan's little console he liked to fiddle with? That thing practically gave him a sun tan.

Camo, because it keeps you hidden in space. (That was a joke.)

I, personally, like green, but I'm not sure it's a good game color as an overall theme.

Glowing blue is the reaper theme. Glowing orange is the collector theme. Chances are, whatever the next enemy's theme is, Shepard's will be a non-glowing version of it.

I think "green" would work really nicely, think at "The Return of the Jedi" movie with its introduction of the green lightsaber (just kidding). But "green" gives me a sense of closure.

Grey/silver. It would be a nice change from the primary/secondary colors in ME1. And grey can symbolize a difference in good/evil and life/death. It would a nice symbolism for the end of the saga.

Blue and Grey/Silver! That would be great combination I think.
