Hello,on Dragon Age:Origin's,I am a Warrior,and have been dieing to be a Templar,I have his love for me maxed,and I have talked to him to the point there's no dialouge anymore to choose,he said to bring the person I want to make a Templar to him while we were at camp,I tried,nothing,even tried outside camp,still,nothing,help please!

If he has offered to train someone to be a Templar, then the specialization is unlocked. You should have seen something to that effect in the middle of your screen (like a codex notification) upon exiting the conversation.
Characters get one specialization point every 7 levels, which means the earliest you can become a Templar is level 7. If you chose a different specialization at level 7, then you have to wait until level 14. DA:O only permits two specializations total. I believe DA:A allows three, presumably with the third point at level 21.
At one point there was an issue with specializations relocking on the 360 version of DA:O, but I thought the latest title update (1.03) fixed that.
