So I've tried downloading and installing MSSQL separately from the toolset, and it still does the same thing. 

It tells me that it cannot find a valid installation package for 4/5 the things that it configures. It says to download a more up to date or valid version of some *.msi files. Incredibly annoying. What do I do?

Best option is to search social.msdn.microsoft.com with the exact error message.
