You people all have huge feet. Or I have small feet, but I'm unwilling to accept that.

5 1/2 or thereabouts, and narrow enough that most shoes don't fit me right. I honestly don't remember whether my shoes are women's or men's or where I got them. They're sneakers.

Yeah, you can probably guess I only buy shoes if my old ones fall apart.

I do the same thing. Bought new shoes when the bottom fell off and it was 2 1/2 sizes too small.

Depends where I am, in the US I take size 13 sneakers, and 12 shoes...back in the UK I had size 12 sneakers and size 11 shoes.

45 on brazilian standards (we use the euro chart i believe)...

I think that means... 11 in US chart?

This charts are a little confusing...:(

Anyway, my shoes are 32 centimeters long!

Damn, some people have some huge feet up in here.

Makes my 11.5 seem small in comparison.

Why are there so many charts?!? Aren't our feet all the same? o.O

Anyone from footwear industry here to explain?

Because there were shoes before there was a global commerce network.

We don't use inches in Finland, so mine's 43

I think that corresponds to about 10½ - 11 in the US system.

EUR 37 or UK 4 1/2 should be US 6 1/2, female - I wear flat shoes, close to the ground, absolutely no heels (heels were forbidden by sports physician because of a Runner's Knee); and they have to be ultra-light. Plus wide.

Truth to be told, it's a suicide to have such big feet. Shoes shops almost never have such sizes. In fact, my 80 euros, 1 and a half years old Emericas were bought in Rome. Yep, Rome as in capital of Italy. Which is some 1000 kilometers from where I live? I'll check it up...
Edit : 665 kilometers of Highway.

Current pair of casual shoes are Rockport size 13 EEE (oxfords), but the range has spanned everything from a 12 to a 14, depending on the brand. 13 seems to be the most common, so I go with that one.

Am 5' 10". Am also white, but I can jump. Played basketball, but volleyball was my main sport. It gets me funny looks in the shoe store, sometimes, and there's odd time when I have difficulty finding sizes. My feet bloomed early, though... was a point there when my shoe size was greater than my age. Actually got a laugh from the guy in the shoe store during that phase.

Some used to call me "duckish" when I was back in grade school, but I prefer to think of myself as "well grounded".
