PLay while you are online.
GO to settings then game.
Make sure the box that says among the lines of upload character is checked.
It should within about an hour or so be on your profile.
IF you are using a profile registered to your game and the x box live or psn profile that is also connected.
Does this make any sense?

greeeat. now to see if I can get the code back. I have the steam version so I have to see if I can figure out how to get the code. I'm sure they'll have something though.
