Hello i am newbie here. I am really sorry if this is posted a thousand time but i kinda need help.
I have DA:A  yesterday and have troubles with.

It installed just fine, I know can't use the disk of DA:O .

But if i insert DA:A to play the game a issue emerges when i press play it take a while and

I have no clue what to do, if anyone knows what to do please respond

"Failed to authenticate the disk" error would have been more useful than posting a URL pointing to an image.



I've only seen this once, and in my case there was a problem reading the disk. I took out the DVD and cleaned it, blew dust out of my DVD drive, and that worked for me. I've not had it happen since.

but it never seemed to get to a solution that will help you much.



If you have any way to try with a different DVD drive, you might consider it--but I'd start with cleaning the disk and drive. Good luck.

The most common failure of EA's DVD disks for Dragon Age and Mass Effect have been "Data Error" situations, and these are most common during the install, however, there are also a relatively frequent number of complaints about this very error message, well covered by various prior threads that the Search will retrieve (at least it will offer up lists of the very oldest such it wants to suggest).
