Cannot believe!
A citadel litho on ebay for $400, that's insane!

I put an offer on it, but his counter offer was $370.  I'd love to get my hands on one but thats too rich for my blood.  At least not when I'm still looking at this, perhaps too seriously for my own good.

There's also a signed but unnumbered minuteman litho auction up on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=280547309037

I regret not buying the minuteman one together with my omega :/ It's pretty cool.

Love the Minuteman, but there is no way I pay more than maybe $110 for a damaged/unnumbered one. Some people seem to think the lack of a number makes them more valuable. I can't imagine why.

Still, I am really eager to pick up a Minuteman and Omega, hopefully when I get settled in and my financial situation gets adjusted to the move, I can make some offers.

yeah $400 looks way too high. The best I've seen on ebay was around $190 for a citadel litho. I myself just paid quite a high price for a slightly damaged one. However, with a frame the small rip should not be visible.

Did you just pay $400 for the citadel litho? Cause the one on eBay I was talking about is no longer available. Wow. You just really, really have wanted it haha.

I actually paid $360, but it's still a lot of cash =/. I figure that if I do decide it was a bad idea though, I can probably resell it without taking too much of a loss. I know someone else offered $300+ on the auction.

I believe it was proven that all the $400-$600 Citadels that sold some months ago were a scam by a seller to try and drive up the value of the litho for future sales. The value has sat around $200-$300 since that madness.

really? wow. Looking forward though, I would like to see how much these 'out of stock' lithos will go for when ME3 comes out. I'm guessing prices will be even higher with the renewed interest.

I'll be curious about that too. If they stop making them though, I could see the market decreasing in size. But I imagine that they're too profitable to EA/Bioware for that to happen.

It's technically still about trading.  Just trading absurd amounts of cash for lithographs.

It shouldn't be surprising.  Its simply a reflection of weak supply and strong demand, coupled with E-Bay's status as the defacto marketplace for individuals selling things to other individuals over the Internet.

Not everyone was around for when they were on sale in the store, self included.  At least by pointing them out, people have a chance to decide if its worth it to them, even after a steep mark up.  I know I'm gunning for that minuteman thats up there now, notch in the bottom or no.  A frame will cover that up nicely.

It's just that this doesn't make re-directing easier. People might only see the eBay content and not the real trading requests.

Well, maybe we are just meant for going off-topic.

It's pretty hard to NOT go off topic. And were not really off topic, we just explored a sub topic really. And if you redirect someone, will they only read one post see it's about e-bay and give up and go somewhere else? ... If they do well their loss.

Personally when visiting a new thread start at page one and go from there.

Look, I accepted it when you pointed out to me on page one that I was getting off topic

could we keep this thread about trading, please? frames were mentioned a
lot of time in the various other lithograph threads, also mentioning
various pros and cons of the different kinds. of course, looking for
these information can be time-consuming, as both major lithography
threads are quite long now and there is a lot of talking in it about
almost anything. but to start a new topic within this thread here is a
bad idea. we'll probably end up with several topics in here, too, and
those people looking for trading lithos will not be able to see 'offers'
anymore because of other stuff.

But now your just being a topic ****...you're not even a contributor to this thread, what's your beef if we go off topic a little?

I think this should be a trading/selling litho thread. It would be a good database for people who are looking for certain lithos. Otherwise we might as well make another sell your litho here thread... The reason I want to include buyers is because some people might be late to the litho party (me included) and we have nothing of value to trade with. The only way to start is to buy a litho and then start trading.
What I propose is this. I or some other frequent member can make a new litho trading/selling thread. They will update/edit the first post with people looking to trade/sell. All interested parties will post on the thread for transperancy about their offers/trades eg. price, what they're looking for and the transactions will be carried out via PM. If you guys are okay with this I can get it running. Any objections?

If I get 10-15 people in favour of this I will start the thread. Please PM me about this to prevent thread clogging and feel free to add suggestions.

You were the first one to mention eBay after that... so (to show my nasty side) STFU! And why should I contribute? I contributed to eBay elsewhere, and cannot contribute to the original topic because I don't want to trade.

@icehockey: +1
maybe we could include the eBay auctions of members as well, but that is debateable

Well, to get back on topic... I'm still looking to trade my Garrus litho.  LoL.

Although I probably wouldn't turn down a serious cash offer, either.

Someone else may have something to trade.  If you get to the point where you're serious about entertaining cash and if you have no objection to selling over E-Bay, I'd be more than happy to extend an offer.  I've been looking for one but am utterly without spares to trade.

I'll repeat my offer to sell/trade my Collectors no.106. Preferably to someone in the UK. If buyer/trader is in the UK, i'll pay UK shipping. I'll put some cash on top of it for some of the other lithos, so anyone that's interested please PM me :) Leyannimatrix, could we work out an offer perhaps?
