I've been trying to solve this issue for about a month now.  Every time I run ME2, it says that the connection to Cerberus has timed out.  I've tried everything including opening the ports on my router, adding the .exe to windows firewall, reinstalling the game, and even the command prompt solution that has been floating around. Still nothing seems to be working.  The weird thing is that one day it was working fine and the next day it just kept timing out.  There was no change to my setup.  Does anyone have any ideas about why this is happening?

No idea why it's happening, but a suggestion: you have less hassle with the CN if you just deactivate it and use manual activation for DLC: http://social.biowar...2845006#2847163
