So, um, why needlessly antagonize them?  May as well hang out a sign saying "Talimancers assemble!  Please derail this topic."  Besides, it actually is a catchphrase, whereas most of these (including stuff I've posted) are just funny crap people said that one time, and it's something practically every quarian in the game says at one point or another.
