At the end of this quest i sided against templars and battled Uldred.
First Enchanter Irving was still alive after the battle.
I talked to him and choose the option to be teleported down to the entrance, not to walk down on my own.
I checked this in the conversation history to be absolutely sure.
When returned to the entrance of the tower but no sign of First Enchanter Irving.
Knight-Commander Greagoir and all the other NPC's are still there and their conversations just the same as when i entered the tower.
Greagoirs conversation starts with "Yes, was there something else you wanted?"
Cannot re-enter the Metal Door into the tower, just says "Not possible to pick"
Tried reloading, entering and re-entering the tower, traveling around doing other quests and then returning, no change.
Even did a total reinstallation of the game and pathes/DLC but no difference. (removed the Dragon Age: Orgins file from the Game Data Utility and then did a reinstallation)
Now I'm at the point where I've completed all the other main-quests needed for starting the landsmeet, but since I can't get this one cleared I can't start the landsmeet and complete the game.
Another bug related to this is back in camp.
Whenever I walk up to Wynne and speak, the background turns blue and Wynne stands in the middle of the screen and the reset of my party comes running up to her.
Then the conversation from the first meeting Wynne in the tower starts.
"Wynne: You? You've returned to the tower? Why did the templars let you through? Are you here to warn us?"
Depending on my input for the conversation I either end up with:
a) party selection
After a) I am moved to the map screen.
If I cancel on the map screen and return to camp my main character is standing in a pitch-black screen, I can move around and eventually some terrain appears.
After running around in some high hills and grassy fields i get back to the camp.
Cannot enter the camp though, it's like an invisible barrier all around the edges, but if I run to the world map entrance I can exit.
If I then re-enter the camp, it's all normal, and if approaching Wynne again the same thing starts all over.

When I've defeated Wynne and exited the map and then re-enter, she is still in camp and if spoken to, the whole thing starts all over again.
This is my 3rd playthrough doing it as a mage.
In my first 2 playthroughs as warrior and rogue I had the same path and DLC installed.
Did the broken circle quest once siding with mages and once with templars, didn't get any bugs like this then.
Have been searching the net and can't find anyone else with the same problem either.
