I have been playing Dragon Age: Origins and then Dragon Age: Origins Awakening over the past two days and while finishing the first game, (and before installing the ad-on) unlocked two trophies which I have not completed

Perfectionist:
Across all playthroughs, discovered all possible endings
(I am certain that I have not unlocked this one as I have only completed the game once, and know for fact that I would need to do the opposite of what I did for this to be unlocked).

Heavy Hitter
Main character inflicted 250 damage with a single hit
(Almost certain my character had died and that, if this had been hit, and I really can not remember seeing it on screen, it would not have been my main character to have hit the 250 damage anyway).

Nothing too serious I know but may be something others have experienced, it won't matter too much, I want to replay this through again as enjoyed it a lot during my first play-through.

Yes, many trophies are bugged in different ways. I got Perfectionist for starting Awakening.
