 Okay so i have an idea for a stand alone campaign that will talk about how the first mage came to be and why the templars were formed. It would be my spin on how things came to be but i would try to include some lore from dragon age to tie things together. I am no toolset user because i dont have to skill or time to figure out how to use it. i would supply the story for anyone who would want to come together and make it.

~Sample of the story~
You play as a young Boy living in a farm is summoned by his mother to find their mabari dog who ran off. you set out to find your dog and begin by asking near by farmers to see if they have seen him. They say that they saw the dog head off into a nearby wood and you head over there. It is a familiar place, one which you have played in many time before. You fine your dog and over hear some bandits tormenting some farmers who went into the woods searching for lumber. The farmers are knocked unconscious and your mabari charges at the bandits. You call him back but it is too late and you mabari is badly injured by a sword to its side. It did however injure one bandit and shred another. You go to run away but a bandit that was hidden nearby grabs you and brings you to the rest. They stand and torment you and discuss what they will do to you and the others. They decide that they will first make you watch your dog die. You try to escape and throw a rock at one bandit which stuns him temporarily but it isnt enough. you get an arrow in your leg and fall. the mabari uses its last ounce of energy to attack the archer but it isnt enough and it is bashed by a sheild. You turn to see the bandit leader take his great sword to stab your dog. You yell "NOO" and stick your hand out reaching for your dog and in an instand a ball of flame forms and flies towards the leader. it lights him on fire and knocks him 10 feet from the dog. The other bandits turn in fear and run for their lives. The leader was charred to death and all that was left was a burned corpse. you sit in shock for only a moment, before running towards your dog to see if its okay. You touch its bloody hide and begin to cry. Suddenly the dog stops weeping and the wounds are gone. your hands glow with a light blue green glow. You sit there wondering. What you are...

That is the idea of how i would like it to begin. I have more but that is just a sample. the way it will play out is you will play a young self. a teen self.. and an adult self. you will see how you learn to control the elements and other schools. you write down what you have learned. you try to teach others simple spells of healing and protection and thus begin the spread of magic to those who you come across that are also able to learn. A band of warriors set on protecting ferelden hear of this new thing call magic and this person who calls himself a mage. They feel that know one should have this power and set out to capture or kill you.  in your travels you discover lyruim and help the dwarves who cant use any form of magic create the first golem. You also discover that there are other ways to use magic, that aren't as safe and friendly. The adventure will be with you and your dog mostly with an occasional companion here or there. 

Thats my idea for a toolset mod. if anyone would like this then i ask anyone who is toolset savy to help me. ill will do all the writing of the story and will help with anything else possible.
