Ashley does not exist. She has no family members. Nobody except those that take the game way too seriously are going to get offended, and those people have serious problems.

I am guessing that it has nothing to do with the characters but with the word retard, I am guessing Lazuli is either mentally challenged or has sombody close to him that is mentally challenged and that is why he finds the word offensive.

Either that or he is just a retarded fanboi who takes criticism against his favorite characters as a personal insult .

My opinion truthfully is that Liara was by far a way more intresting character in ME 2 than she was ME 1. So my question was, since i've only ever done her love story, is Ashley's less cutesy smushy stuff or is it kinda the same?



I will say, without giving spoilers, the twist in the story line between shepard and liara's love relationship was a really intresting one and it makes me wonder will happen in ME 3 betwween those two. Think DARK LIARA!

To be perfectly honest, Ashley pretty much bought her ticket to go home in a box when she started spouting poetry at me. At least Kaidan doesn't annoy me incessantly.

Its not allowed. The more you think its okay to say and use, the bigger the problem gets.

I find it more offensive that you immediately link any use of the word retard to mentally handicapped people. Thats like complaining when I call the night sky black, because it might be offensive to African-Americans. People are people, not labels. Words are words, get over yourself.
