 I just got my game and  it installed but   i get the menu up to start the game  then i press play and it pulls up mass effect 2 has stopped working   i hae it on a dell studio 15 what do i need to do

If my informations are correct, your videochip does not meet the system requirements. It's just a ATI Radeon 3450 and is simply not fast enough. It even struggles with 5 year old games like F.E.A.R.
