No 3D program... it's all drawn and inked by hand. Then scanned in and coloured in photoshop. Though that's awesome that you think it looks that polished, thanks!

I agree, I really like how you made the gun out of focused, adds for a nice effect.

wow!!, you fan-art is awesome!!!, great job ^^. This is the look i'm looking for in mass effect, but I think is impossible to do something like this in-game :S, I hope in mass effect 3 they add some hair styles like this
