So I'm using EffectVisualEffect and Engine_ApplyEffectAtLocation to spawn VFX in my areas, using the ids from VFX_base. The problem is, that file doesn't contain all of the effects. For example, fxe_fade_portal is in there, but fxe_fade_cloud (the one I want to use) is not.
I'm guessing that you can only use effects listed in the 2DA in the scripting system, but I'm hoping that someone has a way around this?

I'm gonna bump this because i was looking for fxa_pois_spit_p and its listed on the wiki but its not in VFX_base

I solved my problem, I think, at least. I was looking at the VFX list on the wiki. But, I'm guessing, these have to do with whats in the "Material Library" for an emitter for the VFX editor.
