Yes, i can't do it. I bought deluxe version trough steam and activated it. all worked good, downloads and other. After reinstalling my system game won't enter network, just appeared message that an error occured. Nothing more. For a time it was no problems with it, i've downloaded all DLCs, installed and all works fine. But today i've bought some bio-points and downloaded Kasumi and Overlord. After entering the game i've got a message, that this DLCs can't be activated w/o connecting to cerberus. But i can't connect, or even input my credentials to check is there something wrong with them. Any suggestions?

Having the same problem. Can't connect to Cerberus Network.
edit: Found a solution (for me, atleast) Peerblock was blocking it, it works now.

Tried to offline all firewalls ant antiviruses(all worked with ESET online before reinstallation of the system). Nothing helped, and now i don't know what to do with it =(
