Help! - purchased Bioware points through Paypal but not received them - BioWare Points Help

I tried to buy some Bioware points a few days ago using paypal. I got an email from paypal saying that the transaction was completed. However when I try to buy some DLC it says that I don't have any points despite the fact that I've paid for them!

I contancted EA customer support but so far they have been less than helpful.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or if Bioware is reading this please could you sort this out, it's really really annoying!

The server can be a little iffy at times....common issue they still have not fixed.

Go in game....log in...log out....exit game...log in.....and then see if they appear.....this usually works

Thanks for the advice.

I've tried everything though and I bought them a week ago so the server cannot be that slow (I hope)!

Same issue here. All good now.

Very quick resolution via on-line chat support. Took about 10 minutes and my points were added. Make sure you have a screen cap proving PayPal transaction available.
