Just visted my profile back today after playing a new character and realised that my characters and stats wont update and havent updated since november, but my achievments are updating?

Can you please fix this somehow. Thanks.

The reason your profile isn't updating may be the fact that you have used all the storage space.

If you look at your 'profile diagnostics', there is a limit to how many files you can upload to the site. Every screenshot is one file, every character (without error 1005) takes 4 files. If you reach the limit of 100 files your profile won't update anymore (apart from achievements).

Try deleting some of the screenshots on the BioWare Social Network ('manage screenshots' option) and see if that helps.

If your profile still won't update, check if you have any errors in your uploaded characters (see Personas, Error Codes, and You and DA profile wont update for details and ideas on what else might prevent the upload).

Ok ill try that screenshot thing, I do have one with error code 1005 What does it mean exactly? and how can i fix it.

1005 means the character has uploaded with more than 4 files - see the link I provided in my previous post for details. It doesn't corrupt the characters in the game, it only takes more storage space in your player profile.

I had this problem as well and deleting the character on the BioWare Social Network ('manage characters' option) and uploading it again worked for me. The problem is that nobody can guarantee the second upload will be successful.

Ok so all my characters have shown up correctly on the Profile Diagnostics but two of them dont show on the profile itself, what shall i do?

Are there any errors listed for those two?

If the characters show up in the diagnostics with four files and no other errors and they are not the characters you have deleted a long time ago for example (some characters may be stuck on the diagnostics page - if this is the case, look at How to delete unwanted characters & files from your profile), you just have to be patient. It may take an hour or it may take several days for the upload to show - you have to wait for your turn so to speak.
