360 - Deleting end game save files

On the xbox 360, is it possible to delete the end game save files that are created each time Mass Effect 1 is completed?

As far as I know, yes, BUT it only deletes the SAVE file(s) not the character profile. Just go into SAVE, hit Y for change game, X to delete.

I DO wish that BW would supply a utility for deleting unwanted profiles.
