I made a purchase with Paypal, and I hear that can cause problems, but I have tried signing in with every password/email combo I can ever remember using and I still can't find my orders. Any help would be appreciated.

You should have recieved a confirmation email for your order in the inbox of whatever email you used. Check your emails for anything from the Bioware store. That will at least give you an idea of which email you used and give you proof you ordered it.
