Hey Mates, i just have a question...

I have the Blood Dragon Armor for Dragon Age on my Xbox 360. I was wondering if it is possible to also get it on my PC version of Dragon Age. (Ps. I have looked on my registered game products tab and it is their for xbox but not PC).
