Im getting a bit tired of that stupid salarian doctor.

Today was the first time i completed Mass Effect 2. and just like last time, Mordin decides to die in the last scene...

And i have no clue why.

But the second and third time i completet the game, i made sure all characters was loyal, and this time i also bought all character related upgrades..

I chose Legion for the vents, and Miranda to be the second squad leader both times, and samara to use biotics.

And yet he still dies, i have tried both a good and evil ending...

Should i just pick other squadmates?

I dont really care about losing a squadmember... but it annoys me that it has to be mordin, because i cant upgrade my character in endgame

when you have the option of sending someone back with the crew to the Normandy send a loyal mordin, will guarantee his survival, apparently mordin is very hard to have live unless you leave him with people like grunt, legion and zaeed and take squishier people like miranda and jacob to fight the human reaper

Mordin's gotten your team to the Collector base safe from Seeker Swarms. He's done the job - time to go home. Tells you so himself. Have him take the crew home, provided you've dealt with Maelon.

Yeah, either send him back or take him along with you for the final battle if you want to be absolutely certain he survives(he needs to be loyal, of course).
