So I choose anora for quest and took morrigan up on her offer. But the question is, i decided to let alistair execute loghain since he was so pissed at him but in the ending stuff both alistair was there like he was supposed to to be but how did loghain miraculous come back from the dead in the ending cinematics?

He shouldn't have... I chose the same options and Loghain was nowhere to be found (thank the Maker).
Watching his blood spray all over the floor was very satisfying. But, yeah, he shouldn't be there, must have been a glitch.
