Hello.
I have a problem with DLC not appearing, no available content is showing, and none of my dlc either (Warden's Keep, Collector's Edition, Stone Prisoner, Lucky Stone, Blood Dragon Armour, Return to Ostagar.. etc)
I have already encountered countless errors with this game.. I downloaded the Digital Deluxe version, and it didn't work from the beginning, but after days of trying to fix things I could enjoy the game.
The errors however, never stopped, now for example I cannot see any of the DLC (as said above)
It is the DAUpdatersvc.service.exe that seems to have stopped working for some reason, I have reinstalled the game countless times, i've run the DAUServiceDiagnostic_beta, to reinstall the service.exe.. but to no use.
I am considering buying another bloody copy of the game (as I said I downloaded it, atleast I know now never to download another game) maybe if I buy a DVD of the game in store these errors will not be there?
I've had errors with the DRM file (awc.dll and the game fails to launch etc..) Surely this bloody file is not there if you install the game through a normal store bought version of the game?
Would it perhaps help if I bought the Awakening in store? (I like the game just not the errors)
I have never experienced so many problems with a game when buying store versions, this is why i'm asking if this would solve the problems.
But any help you could give me with this bloody updater file would be greatly appreciated.

And I am on Windows XP if it makes any difference.

Your solution did not work mate, something is wrong with my DAUpdater.. it has stopped working for some reason.. I cannot even start it, when I try to, it says this "DAContentUpdater has encountered a problem and needs to be closed send a report to microsoft" etc..

Could someone help me to fix it please? I would prefer not to reinstall the whole computer just to get the DLC working.. I have ran lots of registry cleaners so everything seems fine on that side now, but the updater is still not working.

you need to delete the DAUpdater. sc delete DAUpdaterSvc

I have.. and then reinstalled them again with the DAUServiceDiagnostic_beta.exe..

Nothing works, i'm thinking I might have to reinstall the whole computer.
